2 years general work experience

Acceptable background

Pass pre-employment drug screen

Medical clearance for position

Positions Available

Meet criteria necessary to obtain and maintain a Maryland State Police security clearance card.

Able to prepare, write, log, and report incidents as required for post sites.

Security, military, or law enforcement service experience preferred.

One year of experience in cleaning.

Knowledge of various cleaners, solutions, and environmental care equipment preferred.

Able to work flexible schedules.

One year cashier experience.

Physical ability to withstand exposure to various weather conditions and garage environments.

Physical ability to do considerable walking and to stand for considerable periods of time.

Able to operate small engine equipment to include groundskeeper and maintenance machinery. Lifting requirements of 100lbs.

At least one (1) year of maintenance or groundskeeper experience required.

Must possess ability to read and comprehend blueprints and repairs manuals.

Must possess valid Maryland driver’s license (class C, CDL A, or CDL B)

Must be able to obtain a DOT card

One year experience preferred
